Getting the Most Out of TrainingPeaks
TrainingPeaks is an incredibly powerful tool that will become central to your training journey with me. As your coach, I use it to design your personalised training plans, monitor your progress, and make real-time adjustments based on how your body is responding to the work we're doing together. But TrainingPeaks isn't just a coaching platform, it's your training hub, too. You'll be able to see your upcoming workouts, track your fitness metrics, analyse your performance data, and gain valuable insights into how you're progressing toward your goals. The platform takes the guesswork out of training by giving you structure, accountability, and a clear picture of where you've been and where you're headed.
To help you get started and make the most of all the features available to you, I've put together a video walkthrough that covers the essentials. One of the best aspects of TrainingPeaks is how seamlessly it connects with the devices and apps you're already using. If you're training with a Wahoo device or using the Garmin Connect app, you can easily sync your workouts so that everything flows directly into TrainingPeaks without any manual uploads. This integration means less time managing data and more time focusing on what matters your training and your performance.
