What You Get.
Strength & Conditioning
You’ll receive a comprehensive strength and conditioning program tailored specifically for Enduro athletes.
The plan includes three focused sessions per week, with an optional fourth session for those who wish to pursue further study. It progresses through key phases across the year, building strength, endurance, power, and resilience to meet the real demands of Enduro racing.
Nutrition
You’ll gain access to a macronutrient calculator to help you dial in your daily calorie and nutrient intake.
In addition, you’ll receive nutritional guides designed to support optimal training, recovery, and race-day performance, giving you the tools to fuel like a pro.
Mental performance coaching.
You’ll get access to my mental performance coaching course — built to help you manage pressure, sharpen focus, and prepare for the mental demands of racing at any level.

No — but access to basic gym equipment will help you get the most out of your training.
Our sessions are designed using CrossFit-style equipment (dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, boxes, bands, etc.) and can be done in most home or garage gyms. There’s no need for machines like GHDs or cables.
If you’re training from home with limited gear, we can help you modify exercises so you still get results. Just reach out through the app and we’ll support you.

If a movement feels too difficult, uncomfortable, or unclear, just send me a message through the app. I can offer modifications, alternative exercises, or coaching tips to help you build up safely and confidently.

Yes — for athletes who want a more personalised experience, one-to-one coaching is available.
This includes fully customised programming, regular check-ins, performance feedback, and direct communication to support your goals more closely.

Most athletes can complete the program with around 3 to 4 training sessions per week, each lasting 60 to 75 minutes.
There’s also one optional session each week if you want to push further, but the core plan is designed to fit around work, school, or racing without overwhelming your schedule.
Consistency is key, not perfection — even three focused sessions can make a big difference.
