A message From Me To You

I won’t get too emotional… not just yet, anyway. But let’s be honest — I wouldn’t be where I am today without all of you, past and present.

It’s been an amazing, challenging, and rewarding journey so far. And it’s been nothing short of an honour to be your coach, your friend… and, let’s face it, your therapist too!

Below you’ll find just some of the incredible athletes I’ve had the privilege of coaching. It’s been a pleasure to be part of your growth, on and off the bike.
