How It Works
Once you join the program, you will be directed to the members’ area. From there, you can select the discipline you wish to follow, Downhill or Enduro and choose whether you want to train using power or heart rate. You can then select the training phase that best suits your current needs, with options including Base, Build, Conditioning, Peak, and In-Season Maintenance training.
Coach Support.
Throughout your time on the program, coach support is available. This is primarily delivered via our private WhatsApp group, where you can ask questions, receive guidance, and benefit from ongoing discussion. If you have a question you would prefer not to ask in the group, cannot find the answer in the Frequently Asked Questions, or require more personalised support, you can contact me directly via email, and I will respond personally.
